How much is a party?

When your party is booked, you pay a $25 non-refundable reservation fee. The party total is additional and due on the date of the event

Party totals vary based on the type of party booked.  Pottery Parties start at $180+tax for ages 5-7 and $200+tax for ages 8 and up. Please click “Book Now” on the party you are interested in for more info!

What do kids parties include?

All parties include everything needed for the pottery painting portion of the party, use of our fun party room, a dedicated staff member to assist with your party, and a complimentary birthday plate!

Host can bring their own cake, pizza, drinks, etc. Don’t forget your paper products! 🙂

How old do kids have to be?

The Pottery Stop will host painting parties where the guest of honor is turning 5 or older! Guests and siblings may be younger than 5, however if you have a toddler/pre-schooler painting you may want to bring an extra activity for them as they will finish faster than the rest of the group!

Please note: All our parties are “drop off” parties — up to three adult hosts may stay in the room, but guests’ parents will not be able to stay.

If you have a child younger than 5 who is interested in a painting party, email us at parties@thepotterystop.com. We’ll be happy to talk about our Port-a-Party options!

Can I just walk in with a small group?

Yes, of course! Walk ins are always welcome! However— we do not allow cake, presents, balloons, etc. in our main studio and we cannot reserve space for your group.

While you will not be able to host a full party in the main studio, if the birthday child and three friends want to come paint one afternoon and then go home for pizza and cake after, then that is totally fine!

If you have a group of 8 or more, we strongly recommend booking the party room!

What is your refund policy?

The $25 reservation fee is non-refundable after book, but is transferable to a new date with two weeks notice. Please call us at (410) 480 0111 to change the date of your party.
